You can arrive 15 minutes early to set up decorations. Need more time? No problem! You can purchase extra time for $150 per hour.

We give your guests 20 minutes to arrive before we begin activities - if they do not arrive on time or while activities are taking place they cannot participate. (There are no exceptions to this). We are not flexible on how our activities are scheduled as we have multiple events per day on the property and off.

For safety reasons, guests can't explore the farm on their own. But don't worry—you can add a 'Farm Tour' to your package for a guided experience!

Only 4 - 6pm slots can add an extra hour making the party 4 - 7pm. Extra time costs an extra $150 per extra hour. Extra time must be booked upon initial booking and cannot be added later.

We understand that weather can be unpredictable, but we do our best to keep the fun going! Here's what we can do: 🌦️ Wait for breaks in the rain or snow to continue pony rides. 🐾 Substitute pony rides with more animal encounters. 📅 Attempt to reschedule (note: pre-booking rain dates requires full payment for both parties). Kids are resilient and love having fun, rain or shine!

All guests MUST stay in given party areas at ALL times. There is absolutely no exceptions to this rule. (On-Farm events do not include a Farm Tour - that is an entirely separate type of event but can be added on during your initial booking!) On-site events DO NOT include table cloths, decorations, food/drink/dessert or anything other than what is specified. All guests must sign a waiver (with or without children)! Payment: - Venmo payment of balance is due one week before your event OR - Cash payment of balance is due immediately upon arrival. 5. Number of Guests Allowed: Up to 50 guests (Maximum of 25 children). 6. Parking: Maximum of 25 vehicles may be parked on the property; Street parking permitted!

We understand that life just happens sometimes! If you need to cancel, here is our policy: - Deposits are non-refundable - this means we do not give a refund on the funds paid for a deposit under any circumstance! - Think of a deposit as you buying your spot in the calendar - nothing more, nothing less. Any additional payments will not be refunded. Final payments are required one week in advance of your party. What happens in the case of inclement/bad weather on the day of my event? While we cannot control the weather, we make every possible effort to be there, even in inclement weather! We typically substitute the pony rides for the petting zoo only and other animal encounters.

A non-refundable deposit of $150 holds your date, and the remaining balance is due one week before your event. When you book online, we’ll confirm the best way to take care of payment and send you the details you need.

We recommend booking as early as you can! Our most popular dates can fill up 3 to 6 months ahead, especially for spring and summer. If you have a date in mind, reach out right away and we’ll check availability for you.
