If you choose to volunteer with here at Blazing Saddles, you must be able to volunteer, in person, twice a month.

Camp Assistant
We are looking for teen volunteers to help assist staff during our summer camp 2022! Here, volunteers will be working with animals, plant life and children.

This is a unique and fun opportunity for great animal and childcare experience!

We get to know every volunteer personally and are willing to write letter of recommendations.
Event Assistant
We are looking for teen volunteers to help assist staff during our parties and events! Here, volunteers will be working with animals, children, running entertainment booths and setting up for big farm events.

General Farm and Barn Work
Typical volunteer activities include mucking barns and coops, raking, and shelter cleaning. Other cleaning duties may include organizing areas, weeding, feeding animals etc.
Many of the animals will visit you while you complete your tasks but please remember that some tasks might not include animal interaction. Volunteering is physical work - so expect to get a good workout!
