How do I book an event?

We schedule all events over the phone to ensure we can accommodate your date and specific needs. Factors such as travel distance, package type, event size, and other details can affect pricing and availability.

Can I request either just pony rides or just petting zoo?

Yes! We have packages that cover single activty and packages that accommodate combination events.

Question 3

What animals are included in your petting zoo?

Accepted Answer

We rescue our animals here and do not breed - this means we rarely ever bring baby animals with us AND that our petting zoo changes all of the time.

We typically bring with us basic farm animals such as goats, sheep, bunnies, etc. BUT we never force any of our animals to join us so if they do not want to come with us that day - they won't!

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life just happens sometimes! If you need to cancel, here is our policy:

- Deposits are non-refundable - this means we do not give a refund on the funds paid for a deposit under any circumstance!

- We allow any funds paid toward you party to be used for another event that is rebooked within a years time of the current party date - please reschedule as quickly as you can.

- We suggest rescheduling your event immediately!  We are typically booked out about 3 - 6 months in advance and have random spots open sparingly. We suggest also being open to switching from a mobile party to on-site OR on-site to mobile as one or the other may be more open.

What happens in the case of inclement/bad weather on the day of my event?

While we cannot control the weather, we make every possible effort to be there, even in inclement weather! We typically substitute the pony rides for the petting zoo only and set it up in a garage, under a tent or awning. Trust me - your children will not care about the weather and neither do we!

Requirements for Party

Set up must be in close walking distance to the trailer - our team must be close to the trailer as they have lots of materials and animals to care for during your event!

Pony Rides go in an appropriate size circle or square depending on our staffs discretion.

What happens in the case of inclement/bad weather on the day of my event?

While we cannot control the weather, we make every possible effort to be there, even in inclement weather!

We can attempt to reschedule or replace pony rides with petting zoo!
