We give your guests 20 minutes to arrive before we begin activities - if they do not arrive on time or while activities are taking place they cannot participate. (There are no exceptions to this).
We are not flexible on how our activities are scheduled as we have multiple events per day on the property and off.

Food should be delivered or picked up by approximately 1 hour into the party or immediately at the start. Check with Keri or Alexis to see if they have a sample scheudle for your party time - Keri: 617.838.8045 or Alexis: 6178386501 (Activities are first on the schedule which take up 45 mins - 1 hour).

Send your guests the link to the Waivers located on the "Waiver" page of the website.
Every guest is asked to sign a liability waiver.
If a guest does not sign a waiver they are not permitted on the farm.

What happens in the case of inclement/bad weather on the day of my event?
While we cannot control the weather, we make every possible effort to keep the party going!
- We wait for breaks in the rain/snow to continue pony rides!
- We can substitute pony rides for more animal encounters!
- We can refund $50 for no pony rides!
- We can attempt to reschedule but we do not allow pre-booking for rain dates unless you pay plan to pay for both parties in full.
Children are resilient and just want to have fun - inclement weather does not typically disrupt this for them!

All guests MUST stay in given party areas at ALL times. There is absolutely no exceptions to this rule. (On-Farm events do not include a Farm Tour - that is an entirely separate type of event but can be added on during your initial booking!)
On-site events DO NOT include table cloths, decorations, food/drink/dessert or anything other than what is specified.
All guests must sign a waiver (with or without children)!
Payment:
- Venmo payment of balance is due one week before your event
OR
- Cash payment of balance is due immediately upon arrival.
5. Number of Guests Allowed: Up to 50 guests (Maximum of 25 children).
6. Parking: Maximum of 25 vehicles may be parked on the property; Street parking permitted!

We understand that life just happens sometimes! If you need to cancel, here is our policy:
- Deposits are non-refundable - this means we do not give a refund on the funds paid for a deposit under any circumstance!
- Think of a deposit as you buying your spot in the calendar - nothing more, nothing less. Any additional payments will not be refunded. Final payments are required one week in advance of your party.
What happens in the case of inclement/bad weather on the day of my event?
While we cannot control the weather, we make every possible effort to be there, even in inclement weather! We typically substitute the pony rides for the petting zoo only and other animal encounters.

We rescue our animals here and do not breed - this means we rarely ever bring baby animals with us AND that our petting zoo changes all of the time.
We typically bring with us basic farm animals such as goats, sheep, bunnies, etc. BUT we never force any of our animals to join us so if they do not want to come with us that day - they won't!

We understand that life just happens sometimes! If you need to cancel, here is our policy:
- Deposits are non-refundable - this means we do not give a refund on the funds paid for a deposit under any circumstance!
- We allow any funds paid toward you party to be used for another event that is rebooked within a years time of the current party date - please reschedule as quickly as you can.
- We suggest rescheduling your event immediately! We are typically booked out about 3 - 6 months in advance and have random spots open sparingly. We suggest also being open to switching from a mobile party to on-site OR on-site to mobile as one or the other may be more open.
What happens in the case of inclement/bad weather on the day of my event?
While we cannot control the weather, we make every possible effort to be there, even in inclement weather! We typically substitute the pony rides for the petting zoo only and set it up in a garage, under a tent or awning. Trust me - your children will not care about the weather and neither do we!
